My name is Eric Wrona and I’m excited to bring you Dallas Fort Worth’s fitness solution. The X-Factor is “Guaranteed“  to firm and tone your body!
Let me be radically honest with you. I’ve been involved in fitness since 1995.  During that time I have educated myself through experience in community, corporate, commercial and clinical aspects in fitness.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients with a variety of disabilities and diseases, including heart disease, cancer and diabetes to name a few.
After completing my bachelors degree, I continued with my graduate degree at the University of North Texas. I currently work with the Cenegenics Medical Institute as an Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist specializing in weight loss and age management.
